Process
- 1. OriginalsUnretouched originals are delivered within one week of the shoot.
- 2. SelectionSelect the photos for detailed retouching from the originals. The number depends on the package.
- 3. RetouchingOur professional editors apply color and exposure correction and detailed retouching to the selected photos.
- 4. Final photosDelivered 4 weeks to 2 months after selection. Photos not selected remain as the originals.

Color and exposure are corrected on every selected photo, to balance its color and light.

- Unwanted creases in clothing
- Passers-by and distractions that pull the eye
- Natural leg length and body line
All work stays within what looks natural.

Edits requested per photo
Detailed retouching takes no individual requests. Editors adjust each photo to a natural level.
Changes to eyes, nose, mouth or similar
Not performed.
Heavy body reshaping
Strong reshaping warps the background and the photo looks unnatural.
Background composites or replacement
Not performed. Composites make a photo look unnatural.
Passers-by overlapping the subject
Passers-by who stand apart from the subject are removed. Where they overlap, forced removal smears the background. Removal is done only where it comes out naturally.

Other types of retouching
Retouching done on request — editing features or body, or compositing backgrounds (often called private retouching) — is not provided. For that, use a separate retouching service. Our retouching keeps the photo natural and keeps its original mood.
